Nesting : On the part plate, the materials to be cut are placed automatically with the fastest and least waste. The number of pieces and sheet size of the pieces are entered, after entering the space to be left between them, nesting process is started and the waste rate is minimized.

Flycut Thanks to this feature, cutting parallel segments in a series of ways saves a lot of time. Square, circle, pentagon all segments can be done in a serial format.

Combination: Allows you to cut two lines that are next to each other in a file as a single line, thus saving you considerable time and energy.

Cutting Head Specifications

R + Raytools (Switzerland) has automatic height detection and automatic lens movement. Adjusts automatic lens height according to material thickness, saves time during first drilling process. Only the thickness of the product to cut the operator remains to specify.

Precision

High-capacity distance sensor (100 microseconds loop) with the fluctuations in the material is not a problem.

Auto Focus

It is controlled by closed loop lens system and internal dynamic software. The focal length to be adjusted according to the thickness is registered in the system. No manual operation is required.
